| Hello,
I can't believe it, November and the Christmas / New Year period is just around the corner. Have you done everything you wanted to in your business this year?
Last month was Cyber Security Awareness Month but you need to be on top of cyber security all year around. This month together with our partners at Huntress we are giving away 6 FREE security training episodes. See the security section below for details. If you would like further details the ASD's 2025 Annual Threat Report is now available online.
Here are the topics we cover this month:
- Why does the internet feel slow?: Slow internet at the office usually sparks a blame game, but the real culprit is not who you think.
- Don't Let Updates Ruin Your Presentation: Learn Learn how to stop updates from ruining your presentations.
- Why Your Business Needs an IT Roadmap: Stop guessing about your technology future!
October 14th, 2025 marked the official end-of-life for Windows 10. If you are still using Windows 10 (or earlier), it's time to upgrade to Windows 11 to ensure you continue receiving security updates. I'm working on a new blog article that details your options but in the meantime reach out to me for more information.
As always, we're here to help you stay informed, protected and ahead of the curve. Grab a coffee (or a cup of tea), scroll through and let us know what you think!
Warm regards,
David Perkovic

and About |

Last month was training time for Paul and Stefan, while Bevin had a drive to visit some clients in country SA. Check out the photos below to see further details.
During October our adventures included:
- Unifi World Conference at the ICC in Sydney. David, Paul and Fahim attended this great event and learnt a lot and networked with some of the leading industry figures in the world of networking.
- David and Stefan attended the 2025 SMBiT Professionals National Conference in Sydney.
- David and Stefan also hit the bowling alley with our partners from WatchGuard!
- Ben was across on Kangaroo Island visiting a client in Kingscote to upgrade their teleconferencing units.

David, Paul and Fahim attended the UniFi World Conference at the ICC in Sydney. They had a fantastic day of learning and connecting with the industry leaders at Ubiquiti Inc .
They couldn't take photos or videos during the talks, so we can't spill all the details just yet, but trust us, there are some exciting networking innovations coming our way here in Australia. |
|
|
David and Stefan attended the SMBiT Professionals National Conference at Olympic Park in Sydney, two full days of engaging sessions covering business, M365, security, AI, telecommunications, and more.
Stefan also attended the pre day cyber security course to learn about the latest security issues and how to prevent them. |
|
|
David and Stefan had an awesome night out at Strike Bowling Rundle Place, thanks to our security partners at WatchGuard Technologies!
While the bowling skills might not have been championship level, the laughs and good times definitely made up for it!

Fahim has been busty with a "Rack n Stack" for a client at a data centre in western Sydney.
